COMMUNITY CULTURAL CENTER

NOJORID, ROMANIA

feasibility study, 2024

The project aims to build a multifunctional cultural center in Nojorid, Bihor County — a rapidly developing community located near Oradea. The new facility will provide an essential public function, becoming a vibrant center for the community’s cultural life. It will promote local art and culture, preserve traditions and identity, foster education and lifelong learning, encourage creativity and civic participation, and strengthen community cohesion. The building will include a multifunctional hall, a media library, creative workshops, exhibition areas, and dedicated spaces for children, all designed to meet nZEB standards. The project’s goal is to offer the community a modern space for cultural, educational, and recreational events.
