The proposal to transform the area that includes Cinematograf Park aims to establish a recreational hub for residents, a space where ecological and social components are the primary drivers of the intervention.
The studied area is conceptually divided into three functional strips, as follows:
A natural/landscape-designed area for small groups of users – for leisure, observation, and contemplation.
An outdoor activity area with higher usage intensity – sports activities, children’s playgrounds for various age groups, and a multifunctional zone.
A community area designated for various activities/uses.
